Built by Pilots for Pilots and the UK General Aviation Fleet
Chocks has been built to take the admin burden out of GA flying and make it easier for pilots to fly, share and run aircraft together.
From flight prep and logbooks to tech logs, bookings and syndicate costs, Chocks keeps the record so you can get on with the flying.
Tech log, maintenance, bookings, the pre-flight checks and what it all costs, with your pilot logbook alongside. Share the aeroplane with a syndicate for £99.99 and every member flies on it free.
Every flight in one place. Hired, club, syndicate, borrowed or your own aircraft. Chocks captures your times, landings and night hours as you fly, keeps track of currency, ratings, medical and totals, and gives you a logbook you can print and sign whenever you need it.
More than one aeroplane: £199.99 up to three, £349.99 up to six, £499.99 up to ten. Any plan can be paid monthly. Flying your group's aeroplane never needs a logbook plan. Free while the beta is invitation only. These are the prices from launch.
Plan the flight, fly it, record it. Chocks uses the flight you've actually flown to keep your logbook up to date, so there's no carrying your logbook everywhere and no typing everything out again when you get home.
Keep a paper book if you want to. Chocks has all the details ready when you come to update it, or you can print your logbook and sign it.

Flights, hours, fuel, defects and maintenance all become part of one aircraft record, and every flight is cryptographically chained to the one before it. If something is wrong, correct it. The original stays on the record.
You can replace a mistake. You can't hide it.
And if you want paper alongside the online record, Chocks can print the tech log each week for signing and filing.

Flying gets better when you find the right aeroplane and the right people: a syndicate share, a club seat, an aeroplane bought with friends. However you found them, bringing them in takes a moment. Send a link, or show a code at the clubhouse, and they are flying your aeroplane on the same record as everyone else, at no extra cost.

Bookings, flying, fuel, landing fees, maintenance and member balances all come back to the same record. A flight updates the aircraft history, the pilot's logbook and the syndicate account. Far less copying, far less chasing.
Nobody should lose a Sunday evening to a spreadsheet just because they own an aeroplane with their mates.

Chocks is deliberately difficult to fiddle with. Entries cannot simply disappear or be quietly rewritten later; corrections are added to the history rather than replacing it. The result is a clear record of what happened, what changed and when.
Pilot logbook: Print it, sign it, or use Chocks to keep your paper book up to date.
Aircraft tech log: Print the tech log each week, sign it and file it alongside the online record.
Your logbook fills itself from your flights. Keep it online, use Chocks to update your paper book, or print a familiar logbook and sign it. No need to carry the book everywhere, and no need to enter the same flight twice.
Real screens from the app: the checks before you walk out, the one tap that starts the flight, and the aircraft's record keeping itself.

Chocks is already being used by its first pilots and aircraft, and the system is being opened gradually while the early fleet shakes everything down.
To ask about a place, email admin@chocks.uk.
We've rented aeroplanes, built hours and been part of a syndicate. We wanted our flying recorded properly, the aeroplane's paperwork in order, and the admin of sharing it to take minutes, not evenings.
We couldn't find it. So we built it.
